As a client, you have access to our password-protected administration area where you can build and modify your site, add information and images, make sure that your site is running smoothly.
For instance, to add artwork, you simply complete a form. Most of the fields show drop-down menus with entries you've already added (such as the medium field; you've already set up the media you use. The field shows those entries as choices so that you don't have to remember them or worry about typos or duplicate entries.)
When you've completed the form, you click the add button to add the artwork record to your portfolio. You can then identify the image files on your computer that you want to display for the artwork. The addition is immediate. In just a minute or two, you've added a new piece to your portfolio; but even more than that, the system makes sure that it appears everywhere where it should (new works, works by that subject and medium, works at the location you specified, and so on). It does the heavy lifting on maintaining all of the links and site structure so that you don't need to. If you've maintained a site before, you'll know what a relief and time-saver that is.
